have you met the pioneer woman? i did yesterday, and let me tell you i've become her biggest fan!
last night i cooked her braised short ribs for a friends birthday dinner and they were melt in your mouth, amazing! i took some pictures, but they don't even compare to the pioneer woman's, nor do they do the short ribs justice. check her's out here. i also made her creamy mashed potatoes.
