motivate me monday!

these are my dining room chairs ... and i love them.

after my mom passed away and my dad sold the house, i inherited the dining room set.

i'm reminded of so many special family memories from my childhood when we sit down at this table.

as you can see, they haven't been recovered since they've been in my possession. at least, i hope you would notice that! i think it was 1993 when mom last recovered them. we're talking 17 years!

do you know how long i've had them? for 2 1/2 years.

i even have the fabric in my laundry room that i plan to put on them.

(this gives you a glimpse into what a procrastinator i am)

my goal was to have them covered before webb's baptism, 6 weeks ago. well that didn't happen.

so motivate me monday! this is my goal for this week.

i'll show you how they turn out on friday.
