happy birthday allison!!

words cannot begin to express how much i adore my sister-in-law "al".

this picture defines exactly who she is ... always a phone call away.

i never imagined that i would have gone into labor.

well i did, and it was while i was driving to my weekly doctors appointment.

casey was "nesting" and was at the city dump getting rid of who knows what ...

long story short he made it to the hospital in time for webb's arrival,

but he had gotten poison ivy in the meantime.

al to the rescue!

she left work to bring casey a long sleeve shirt so the ivy wouldn't spread to the baby.
(all of our pictures of webb's 1st days have casey wearing purple latex gloves too!)

i'm so blessed to have allison in my life and i'm so thankful my brother found her!

i've always imagined my future to be filled with a sister-in-law that i could confide in, look up to, and laugh with. allison is just that.
