motivate me monday

(2008 yard sale .. a disaster)

since it's about to be fall, i guess it's a good time to get motivated again. as i've told you before, it's always a challenge for me! here's hoping these weekly posts will keep me accountable.

this week i'm working on getting us ready for a yard sale. thankfully casey will be helping out with this one. well, i told him he would have to or i wouldn't do it. because last time we had a yard sale, we put so much time and energy into it, it's kind of hard not to when you don't have a garage, and we only made ... oh about 30 bucs. and it rained. i was exhausted and vowed to never have one again. we had our yard sale along with everyone in the neighborhood, i think people lost interest as they began poking up to our neck of the woods.

so this is casey's idea, and i've told him he's going to have to take the lead on this one. but, i still have tons of crap that i'd LOVE to get out of this house. so i'm on board. at least if it doesn't get sold ... it will be donated ... and out of sight.

wish me luck! i think this house is about to be a mess.
