motivate me monday

since we've had a little financial set back ... ya know, new hvac unit last month.
i'm trying to gear my motivate me mondays to motivate me to not spend money!
hopefully just until we get to february :)

i've talked a couple of times about about how i'm not one of those mom's that just jumps
in the floor to have never ending playtime with my child.
i wish i was, but i'm just not.

this weekend i got two emails that made me realize i may be a little off ... on more than one thing.
i'm totally uncreative and can't believe that i'm SO behind on letting webb enjoy the simple things.

like making a tent with a sheet

a game of "hide the wooden spoon" anyone?

aunt al showed us tonight that you can use a shoe box as a means of transportation!

my goal this week is to continue to encourage this kind of play.
that sounds really cheesy.
i know you get what i'm saying.
