a recap

as promised ... some hester household fun from last week.
i took some old black hose (yes, i said hose)
cut the foot part off, threw in some cheerios ... and it was an instant bean bag of sorts!
lined up some bowls like bozo the clown would.
and we played a little game of throw the bean bag in the bowl.

though webb never really caught onto it.

then we went on to puzzles.
casey apparently was a puzzle wiz at age 1.
crazy ... i know!
webb, not so much.

the we moved on to the chalkboard.
he's been getting into it a bit more lately.
he also likes to take that blue chalk and color on the new rug.
wasn't planning on that one!

fast forward to the weekend.
we went to see elmo at learning express.
great toy store!
i first fell in love with the one in chattanooga and then found out there was one here.
(elmo didn't really look like the elmo we both know and love, but it was still an outing!)

webb preferred not to get too close.
.. and i didn't push for fear of recreating this.

we ran into our little friend ann wilson and it was such a treat!
they lapped the store on some sort of space aged toy.

... and then rode the baby seesaw!
