what a week!

i'm always amazed that when casey's traveling for work how the week still continues to fly by.
oh how i'm thankful for that!

webb has started going to school an extra day a week and i've decided to find a little side job.
i've been brainstorming on all kinds of things.
cooking/selling dinners and yummy treats from home, working at a florist or bakery, being someone's assistant, substitute teaching ... just trying to find something to invest some of my anxious energy into.
i've been praying lots about it and know that even though i don't have much time to give, 8-10 hours a week
... if the Lord has it as a part of the plan it's gonna work out!
i'm excited about the prospect.
i've been getting lots of leads lately and welcome any advice/help!

casey gets home today from being gone for 3 nights/4days.
his travel schedule has definitely increased lately, but so far we're all holding up pretty well.
staying busy is what keeps me afloat.

what i've been counting down to is tonight because casey's taking me on a date.
oh, i can't wait!

we haven't been out since christmas, but seeing a movie doesn't really seem to count as a date.
(p.s. we saw how do you know with reese witherspoon and paul rudd. no good. i wouldn't even redbox it!)

i've been telling casey all week that all i want is to sit in the dark corner of a restaurant with a big glass of red wine and his arms around me. sounds fabulous! i don't even care about the food.
