i'm doing it!

so here i go ... i'm about to totally step out of my comfort zone.
many of you know i've always had a dream to own a bakery.
but in that dream there's a perfect place and time.

i guess i've started wondering if that time will ever come.
or, what if the dream isn't really what i thought it would be.
how do you know until you try something, right?

with a little push and LOTS of encouragement, i've decided to dive in.
i'm starting down the path to fulfilling this dream i've carried for all these years.
with baby steps, of course!

i've been perfecting my chocolate chip cookie recipe.
after trying dozens, and praying that i can still fit in my jeans, i'm finally satisfied!

we've really had a lifestyle change at the hester household when it comes to eating.
it became even more important when webb came into the picture.
it's so important to us that webb eats whole, real food.
i'm not always the best at doing it myself, but we make it a priority around here as much as possible.

... and that's why i created these cookies!
