2 months later ... it's finally coming out of the box!
tonight i'm taking my first sewing lesson.
a couple of weeks ago joann's offered 50% off on all of their crafting classes.
so i only paid $17.50 to take sewing 101!
it's a 2.5 hour class (sounds a little long!) where i'll learn introduction to the sewing machine and basic tools,
pattern reading, seams and interfacing.
i'm totally clueless so i'm excited about learning the basics.
i'll let you know how it goes.
definitely not expecting to become a professional sewer after the class, but hopefully i'll be on my way!
and then you can teach me!
