the party

well, hello!
it's been a while.
when i last posted we were packing up to head to the beach.

webb's 3rd birthday fell while we were in seagrove,
 so we had an early birthday party for him at the park the friday morning before we headed south.
it was such a fun time, so easy and the least stressed i've been at one of his party's.
so sad, right?
just the truth.

casey was able to take off since we were going on vacation.
 so he was my setup crew, photographer and child supervisor.
it was awesome!

i know i always talk about eating real food, but for this party we did the opposite.
two words ... krispy kreme.
fresh that morning.
hot sign on.

webb loves a sprinkle donut and he loves apples ... so we had some of those too :)

i had hoped to wait until we sang to pop open the donuts, but of course there was no chance of that.

before the party even began ..hadn't even set up.

here we are ... the big third birthday party!

i can't believe it.

one of my best friends from college.
she's due in september with sweet baby charlotte and she was determined to come see us before her baby came!
so sweet and special to have her there.

he was extra loud on this day :)

i hope i'm not jinxing myself but 3 is going pretty good so far.

of course the beach was a whole nother story ... but since we've been home things seem to be good!
