exciting news!!
our house is under contract!!
we knew it would take just the right couple to fall in love with our house and sure enough they found us.
this past month has been filled with lots of hiding things in places i don't remember, stuffing our cars full of ottomans, laundry baskets, strollers and more, cleaning the bathtub more than i have in the past year and lots of trips to sonic for "a treat" during showings.
but now, it's all worth it!
our prayer is that everything goes well in the inspection and appraisal and then we'll be out of here november 30th!
just enough time to have townes's first birthday party.
i'm about to cry just thinking about it.
where to next?
we're about to figure that one out!
