my sweet dad sent me some birthday money. such a treat since i've only been buying for webb lately. so i made webb my shopping buddy all day yesterday. this is him helping me decide on some shorts at the GAP.
casey and i have this thing where we surprise each other with where we're going to dinner on our birthday. i got kinda nervous when he put on this sweater vest. because a.) i don't really love surprises and b.) i wondered what we were getting into
we ended up at stoney river, which i had never been to. it was soooo good! if you haven't been, i'll just warn you: beware of the bread! so i guess the sweater vest was just a surprise in itself.
and then reg and al surprised us and joined us for a glass of wine and dessert. (though they didn't partake in the dessert ... i kept offering, and before i knew it casey and i had devoured it) and they gave me a really cute dress from anthropologie. there's something exciting about getting clothes from people that love fashion. can't wait to wear it!
and i got just what i had been wanting for my birthday. guess someone was actually listening!
