a 1000 year flood hit nashville over the weekend and it's been tragic. we were so blessed. the storm didn't effect us one bit. but the effects it's had on others are devastating.
my friend amy grew up in bellevue, the part of town that was hit the hardest. one of her friends was rescued from the roof of her house and the other, a new mom to an 8 week old, lost everything. my heart is broken for all those whose lives have been shaken.
