it sure is!!
i'm freezing!
merry christmas to the hesters, we're getting a new HVAC unit ... whoop whoop!!
i mean, really!?! talk about unexpected and unplanned for.
wish we had 9 months to save up for this little baby!
i have a friend who always says, being an adult is no fun.
i don't think that's really how she says it, but that's the jist of it!
i think she's onto something!
thankfully the new unit is being installed today, which is a total blessing!
last night we had a number of friends offer up their guest rooms, but we decided to stay at home.
i feel like people now think that my family is crazy. (or wait, maybe they already thought that!)
well we survived and no one woke up with cold hands or toes, which is what i was promised!
we had just enough space heaters and plenty of layers.
it was a bit ironic though when our alarm went off this morning.
the radio station it was set on was going through the news and said ...
"they suspected the fire was caused by a space heater".
i thought i was dreaming!
all we could do was laugh, very nervously, and count our blessings!
(i made sure all the heaters were positioned far far away from anything flammable!)
so now the big question is ... will my couch be recovered??

on a more exciting note, i hope you're enjoying my christmas music i added yesterday!
we're off to get our christmas tree tonight.
i can't wait to see what webb thinks about it!
