thirty

i'll start by saying, i don't love to be the center of attention. 

my birthdays in the past consist of me and casey trying out a restaurant in town that we've never been to.

it's been great and always what i wanted to do.

until this year ...

turning 30, almost 6 years of marriage and 2 kids ... i wanted to celebrate!

and celebrate we did!

casey threw me a party and it was perfect.
for once i wasn't a nervous wreck, well after we got the food out i wasn't :)
 it was raining and a little cool but laid back and just great.
better than i could have ever imagined.

one typical regret ... wish i would have taken more pictures!
 

he rented a white tent and some highboy tables, strung lights, setup a bar and dinner
and we popped open the champagne!
bubbly + burgers was the theme.

he got sliders from whole foods, made truffle fries and i helped out with the broccoli and melon salad :)

i'm so thankful for these sweet friends that were put in my life long ago and these past couple of years!
y'all are all such blessings to me!
